FAA Air Traffic Program Management

S&K Global Solutions provides a diverse set of program management and business support services to Air Traffic Organizations (ATO) based in Washington, DC. This work has been continuous under several contracts where the FAA has specifically sought out the support of the S&K team for daily on-site support activities.

“The Air Traffic Organization (ATO) is the operational arm of the FAA. It is responsible for providing safe and efficient air navigation services to 30.2 million square miles of airspace. This represents more than 17 percent of the world’s airspace and includes all of the United States and large portions of the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans and the Gulf of Mexico.” – source FAA.gov

S&K Global Solutions provides administrative, technical, financial, and business management support like; technical, business, and administrative planning; organizing, managing, coordinating, and tracking of costs; deliverables report management; cost/schedule/performance measurement; risk management; budget formulation and execution; program management; and cost benefit analysis.

These activities support various ATO offices, including:

• Air Traffic Control Facilities (AJW-244)
• Technical Advisory Group (AJT-22)
• Organizational Effectiveness/Management Services Group (AJG-L2).
